  • 2 1/2 C. Flour
  • 2 1/2 C. Used Coffee Grounds
  • 1 1/2 C. Salt

  • Water
  • Small Plastic Dinosaurs

Instructions:

Mix flour, coffee grounds, salt and sand. Gradually stir in only enough water until mixture holds together.  Do not over wet! Dough that is too wet takes longer to dry!

Mold handfuls of dough around small plastic dinosaurs to form the eggs.

Allow up to a week to air dry.  To speed drying or use a hairdryer or place in the oven at a very very low temperature until firm.

To hatch the dinosaurs, let children smash the eggs with a hammer or chip at them with a screwdriver, spoon or butter knife.
